Beni (Myagdi), March 2,2015: The upper parts of the district have witnessed heavy snowfall since Sunday morning.
The places as Gurja, Mudi and Lulang had the snowfall. The rainfall coupled with snowfall has badly affected the daily life, said a social mobilizer Ejina Roka from Mudi.
The snowfall has affected especially the children, sick ones, elderly and the livestock.
It has been raining in all districts of Dhaulagiri zone.
However, the farmers in the lower belt of Myagdi district have been happy, for the rain is beneficial to the wheat crops.
