UML CHAIRMAN OLI OFF TO SINGAPORE Kathmandu

Kathmandu,July 22:Chairman of the CPN (UML) KP Sharma Oli left for Singapore today for health checkup. The UML chairman boarded a Thai Airways plane at 1.45 pm today. He will reach Singapore via Bangkok. Oli declined to speak to journalists at Tribhuvan International Airport before leaving for Singapore. According to the UML central committee member Rajan Bhattarai, Oli will receive medical treatment at the National University Hospital in Singapore as per doctors’ advice. He said Oli’s itinerary had to be arranged in a hurry as the doctors at the hospital fixed Wednesday for an appointment. It is estimated that Oli’s treatment will take a week. He is going for eefurther treatment as the swelling in his infected right hand has not abated. Bhattarai said besides this, Oli had no other health problem. Minister for Energy Radha Gyawali, Minister for Industries Karna Bahadur Thapa, leader Keshav Badal, party central committee members Dr Bhattarai, Niru Pal, among others were present at the airport to see off the party chairman. Oli is accompanied by his spouse Radhika Shakya and an aide Rajesh Bajracharya.
