Kathmandu, May 26, 2015: The winners of essay competition has been distributed with the letter of appreciation and cash prize by the Pakistani Ambassador to Nepal Arshad Saud Khosa.

Writing on the topic-‘The Middle-east Crisis and Its Economic Effects in Nepal.’ the twelve grader student had participated in the competition.

The winner of the competition Ayush Kumar Shah of Trinity Higher Secondary School, Sushanta Shrestha of Graded English Medium School (GEMS) and Bibek Pandey of GEMS Higher Education Academy had won the first, second and third prize respectively. Winners were provided with a cash prize of Rs 30,000, Rs 25,000 and Rs 20,000 respectively.Likewise as consolation10 students were awarded with cash prize of Rs 10,000.

According to the source, those sort of essay writing competition are being organized annually with the concept of strengthening literary writing capacity by the embassy.

The people of Pakistan, government and the country itself were commited to aid the nepalese in any critical situation said ambassador Khosa on the occasion.
