Nepal Youth Corps (NYC) is a platform for Nepalese youths to build their capacities to lead their own initiatives in their community. This involves three rounds of training in leadership, volunteerism, disaster preparedness and management, youth, community engagement, activism, innovation, human rights and advocacy in a group of 25 youths from Kathmandu valley. Selected NYCs will also be selected as trainers to create more youth leaders in future.
