Achham, Aug. 7: Man Bahadur Bogati, 65, of Mangalsen Municipality-3 Lamichhana of the district was injured in a bear attack today. Bogati was collecting fodder for the cattle in the jungle when he came under the attack of the bear.
Critically injured Bogati is undergoing treatment at the District Hospital Mangalsen and preparations are being made to take him to Kohalpur Medical College, Banke for further treatment, said Dr Ashok Khanal at the hospital.It is noted that such attacks by wild animals are increasing in the district these days.
